Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to voluntary contributions made through CircuPilot at circupilot.com.

1. Nature of Contributions

CircuPilot may offer users the option to make a voluntary, one-time contribution to support ongoing software development, infrastructure, AI processing, and component integrations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise before payment, contributions:

  • Are one-time payments and do not create a recurring subscription.
  • Do not purchase ownership in CircuPilot.
  • Do not guarantee access to future paid features or special privileges.
  • Are not payments for a specific circuit, simulation result, or development deliverable.

2. Cancellation Before Payment

You may change or abandon a contribution before confirming the transaction. No payment should be considered completed merely because you select an amount or enter information into the contribution form.

Once a payment has been submitted, cancellation may depend on the transaction status and the payment provider's procedures.

3. Refund Requests

If you believe a contribution was made in error, charged more than once, submitted without your authorization, or processed for an incorrect amount, contact us so that we can review the transaction.

Please include, where available:

  • The email address associated with the transaction.
  • The transaction reference or payment receipt.
  • The date and amount of the payment.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

Please do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.

We will review requests fairly and in accordance with applicable law, the payment provider's rules, and the circumstances of the transaction.

4. Duplicate, Incorrect, or Unauthorized Transactions

If a duplicate or incorrect charge is identified, we will take reasonable steps to arrange an appropriate correction or refund through the relevant payment provider.

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, please contact us promptly. You may also need to contact your bank, wallet provider, or payment provider to report the transaction and follow their dispute procedures.

We may request reasonable information to identify and verify the transaction before processing a request.

5. Voluntary Contributions and Refund Eligibility

Because voluntary contributions support the ongoing operation and development of CircuPilot rather than the purchase of a specific deliverable, a change of mind alone may not always result in a refund.

However, this policy does not remove any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other rights that apply under mandatory law or the payment provider's rules.

Each request will be assessed in light of the applicable requirements and the circumstances involved.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be requested through the original payment method or the payment provider's prescribed process, where available.

The time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or wallet service. We cannot guarantee a specific processing time for every transaction.

For cryptocurrency transactions, refunds may require additional verification and may be affected by network fees, transaction finality, and the capabilities of the wallet or payment service involved. Any approved cryptocurrency refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable transaction arrangements and legal requirements.

7. How to Contact Us

To request a review of a contribution or ask a question about this policy, contact:

Email: hello@circupilot.com

Please use the email address associated with your transaction, if applicable, and include the transaction reference when available.

We will review your request and respond as reasonably practicable.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in payment methods, the service, or applicable legal requirements. The current version and its revision date will be published on this page.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
